Where is the drain for the evaporator on a 2000 Hyundai Accent?

Recently my 2000 Hyundai Accent has been having 'fog' coming from the vents occasionally and I notice that the evaporator under the glove box on the passenger side is sometimes icy or dripping wet. Is this the symptom of a clogged evaporator drain? If so, where can I locate this drain to unclog it?|||the drain should be on the passenger side of the firewall with a little rubber hose connected to it so it drains downwards
