How much money would it cost me to drive 500 miles in a Hyundai Sonata 2011?

I'm supposed to go somewhere thats about 500 miles away. I will be driving a hyundai sonata 2011 and most of the driving will be on the highway which is like 65 mph.|||Approx $80|||Work it out yourself. Look at the car's fuel consumption rates so find the average mpg which you think this car will do on the trip. Then with that number you can divide 500 by that average number of mpg you will get out the thing and then you can work out how many litres you need. Then multiply that many litres by the average price of petrol. I think this is right anyway.|||Assuming there will be Toll to pay:

$1-$25 toll depending on highways and bridges you might take.

As for gas, you will only need to fill up the tank once. Depending on the gas prices in your area and how much gas you already have in your car when you start your trip, it can be anywhere from $40 to $90.|||Considering the Sonata gets 35mpg on the highway, you can expect to use at least 14.3 gallons of fuel.

I don't know what fuel prices are where you're at, but here it's about $3.30 per gallon, which means you'd pay at least $47 in fuel.|||1 tank of gas will get you there with some to spare. On a recent long trip, over 4000 miles, I averaged 37 mpg running mostly about 80 mph on interstates with a 2011 Sonata carrying a lot of weight.
