I have a '03 Hyundai Accent with an automatic transmission, and I was hoping to know what steps would be required to make the switch.|||Jack up the radiator cap and put a car with manual transmission already in it.|||it would cost you more than the car is worth. All kinds of very expensive work to the engine support, new flywheel, major work under the dash to install a clutch pedal, clutch linkage and a shifter. new axles and ECM.
it would be cheaper to sell or trade your car for a stick shift model.
