How to replace the oxygen sensor on a 2003 Hyundai Elantra GT?

I have a Hyundai Elantra and I would like to know if anyone knows a website or any information on how to replace the O2 sensor.





I wouldn't want to take it to a garage because it would be way too expensive. The part itself is expensive so I wouldn't want to spend anymore. Any ideas?|||peice of cake. once you have the part you know what it looks like, right?


now open the hood and look down behind the radiator , on the engine , it's right in that area and easy to replace your self. save your receipt, file it with your records. your car is still under warrentee and it's important with hyundai that you have 100% records of repairs and maintenance as to not void your warrentee.|||Why do you need an O2 sensor? What are the problems leading you to this diagnosis? If you don't know where it is how do you know it needs replaced ? NEVER replace any part till you KNOW the problem. Post the codes from the scan and let's see what the problem is. NEVER go to dealer except for warranty work|||you need an oxygen sensor socket, on screw old one, screw in new one. you can take an old socket and cut a groove down the side and make your own socket|||If you have codes P0171 or P0174, you aren't diagnosing this right and the O2s aren't the problem.
