Where is the engine block coolant drain plug located on the engine block of a 1997 Hyundai Accent?

The Hyundai factory manual says there's one, but the mechanics at Hyundai said there isn't. Who knows?|||The coolant is NOT drained from the engine block. It is drained from the bottom of the radiator (called Petcock).
